Fermentation takes place in oak barrels from Jadot cooperage (1 3 are new). Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lees before bottling. With a golden colour Rully is a wine of great finesse with powerful fruity aromas. Full and equilibrated in the mouth it is a very pleasant wine.
