Sauvion Vouvray 2018 Size:750ml Vinification start with a shortThe nose features notes of honeysuckle and ripe citrus fruit. On the palate, the wine is off dry and medium bodied with food friendly acidity. Flavors of honey and dried fruit lead to a long finish. Hints of hops on the nose extend briefly on the palate, but are quickly taken over by yellow apple and persimmon flavors. Off dry in feel and somewhat juicy, but shows enough focus.
