Evergreen Winterberry Honey festive Join us for our IntroOur raw Evergreen Winterberry Honey (commonly known as Gallberry Honey) is a unique small batch monofloral honey that hails from northern Florida. Gallberry is an evergreen shrub in the holly family, found across the eastern coast of the United States. In late spring and early summer, gallberry bushes blossom with small white flowers that overflow with delicious nectar to entice honey bees. Evergreen Winterberry Honey has notes of sweet spice that
