An ideal companion for all red meat, winter soups and barbecue. Serve at 16C (60F). The ideal companion for well grilled red meat, bolognesa pasta and cheese. This is dialed in with blackcurrant, oyster shell and lavender character. Full bodied, tight and firm with polished and refined, chewy tannins, hints of vanilla and a flavorful, linear
