Bianchetto 2019 Size:750ml A wine which has lovelyA lightly orange wine, given a night on the skins. Made without intervention so there's no additives, no filtering (this is an intensely cloudy white), no fining and not even sulfur is added. Funky, earthy and retains a slight prickle from no being de gassed and perhaps allowed to finish the last of the fermentation in the bottle.
