Mars Komagatake Shinshu 2021 48% 70cl Renaissance Rum Palate: Bolder and sharper thanMars Komagatake Shinshu 2021 Ltd Edition 48% 70cl Nose: Fruity as one might expect but this dram has some sweet oily overtones on the nose, with a little ripe pear and soft peaches with a dash of spice and sugared almond. Plate: Very mellow start but a building sweet oily note is coming forward as this dram hits the palate, some cherry and vanilla like tones, a nice building rich note of flavours flow into a very enjoyable rounded finish.
