Matured in a discerning combination of refill, oloroso sherry, and bourbon casks, it is bottled unchill filtered at a robust 59. 5% ABV. It exudes generous layers of cakey spice, nutty malt, honeyed fruit, and oaken vanilla. On the nose, one encounters soft stone fruits and baked apples, delicately dusted with nutmeg, complemented by creamy vanilla custard and Malted Milk
