See Saw The Party Pet - Nat 2024 Region_Finland saline finish with characterThis Pet Nat is made from organic Riesling and Chardonnay, carefully pressed and fermented in stainless steel for a natural and cool process. To achieve the perfect balance, fermentation was halted once the sugar and acid harmonized, resulting in a residual sugar level of around 10g L. The bottle was then sealed with a crown to continue its fermentation, creating a constantly evolving wine. With the addition of yeast lees, this wine offers complexity
