Early Morning in Juneau Size:24"x36" In the winter of 2008I headed out to a pier near downtown Juneau to capture the early morning light prior to sunrise. With sunrise almost 8: 00am it doesn't require that early of a wake up call but still enough to get the pre dawn light. As I have mentioned before outside of the cruise ship season it is definitely a different city.

In the winter of 2008 I was at Glacier National Park photographing and enjoying the scenery

Right after parking the car and walking towards the park I noticed this scene

Just after photographing the full moon rise over Juneau I focused my attention on some of the low clouds in the area on that evening

It was five years ago today I first photographed this tree in Washington Park here in Denver

It took a little while to find the right looking aspens
