Argyros Rose Atlantis 2017 Bottle:12 ultra-fine tannins and fabulous lengthWinery: Argyros Grapes: Assyrtiko Mandilaria Region: Santorini Very refreshing rose that falls somewhere between a Provance and a Rhone rose. Still has great acidity thanks to the assyrtiko grape making it a bit more food friendly than its French counterparts. Violet hued, lemony cherry? fruit nose, pleasantly off dry, with nice fruit flavor and enough acidity to complement a wide range of food.
