Slow malolactic fermentation with tie on the lees help to create a full, rich mouth feel that perfectly balances the bright acids and stainless steel aging. This 100% unoaked Chardonnay has depth, and a lower RS adds to its complexity. An earthy aroma blows off and this medium bodied wine reveals appealing fresh apple and light spice flavors, buttery accents and good balance. ABV: 13.
