The palate is medium to full bodied, nervy and fresh, with silky tannins, red berry character and a persistent, flavorful finish. Its 40% mencia, with the remainder bastardo, mouraton, garnacha tintorera, gran negro and other red varieties. This fermented in a combination of foudre, barriques and cement.
