Salt Rock La Nina Semillon Gri 2023 Single Malt plums and baked applesGrapes for the Salt Rock La Nia Semillon Gri 2023 were sourced from a vineyard in the Swartland region, nestled on the slopes of the Paardeberg. The area's unique climate and altitude contribute to a slow ripening process, resulting in fruit rich in flavour. Harvesting was done by hand in the early hours of the morning to ensure optimal ripeness. After destemming, the grapes underwent skin contact for 3 days before pressing to separate the juice.
