This amp is in excellent shape and comes with the original unfilled out warranty card pamphlet. The speakers were replaced in the late 60s and the head back panel is not original. Internally the amp was 100% original when it came in. It has been 3 prong chorded and very minimally recapped. All tubes are original. Sounds and works great. No footswitch Local in store pickup only
