One eventually became a French supply ship; the other a long serving migrant liner. In the late 1930s Moore McCormack ordered four C 3 P combo liners to supplement their popular BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, and URUGUAY passenger ships. The design featured split uptakes to increase passenger space and a
