A very light but decisive contact with the skins adds not only texture but real intrigue. Intense aromatics from those low yielding old vines, before we're met with a medley of lemon and grapefruit. Things finish up saline and moreish. This is just the starting point and I'm already speechless. ABV: 12. 5%
