Springbank 18 Year Old 2023 Release Single Malt Whisky 70cl Alasia high-altitude vineyards in and aroundThe 2023 release of Springbank 18 is made up of 65% sherry, 20% bourbon and 15% rum casks. Aromas show the sherry influence is immediately apparent with notes of medjool dates, raisins and demerara sugar. Notes of blueberry, fondant icing, lemon drizzle and fig jam provide a welcoming introduction to this dram. There is a creaminess on the palate with notes of cappuccino foam and tiramisu. Muddled strawberries, Christmas cake, marzipan and cinnamon
