I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and control circuits during my restoration

The paperwork is original to this Sansui and the serial numbers on the receiver match the warranty cards

I elected to clean and inspect the receiver without completing a restoration

The transformers still have their original decals and the paint is original

This series was only made for a short time, and was not very popular compared to the larger amplifiers McIntosh was selling at the time. It is in original condition and works perfectly. The gain controls on the back are quiet, and work as they should. The chassis does have some light corrosion, but the black cage and bottom are in excellent condition. I tested the amplifier through various pairs of speakers
