With the exception of essential yeast nutrients for fermentation, no chemical additions throughout the whole process. All their products are free of sulphites, gluten, wheat, fish and dairy. Thor's is an English Metheglin (herbed honey mead) made with Blossom honey. Citra hops are added after the fermentation process to provide a light, hoppy
