Apparently Antonio Tornicasas wines are too finessed, too punchy, too beautiful (?) for the Franciacorta DO. To us, they are priceless: pure and un fooled around with as any sparkler weve tasted. The Anima is all Pinot Noir and slaps bruised red fruits together with candied mushroom and some unnamed spice. Free of the heavy dosage, the textural sap and under
